An exceptional panoramic view of the Willamette Valley provides a truly inspirational setting for your event. Gatherings may be held indoors or out. Chemeketa Eola can accommodate up to 225 seated for special events or business presentations. The primary meeting space boasts a wall of windows overlooking the vineyard. The flexible facility can be divided into four separate rooms. Outdoors, (weather permitting) the expansive patio is a photographers dream with magnificent views of the vineyard, Willamette Valley and mountain ranges in the distance. Getting down to business is easy at Chemeketa Eola. We have what you need for quality presentations: LCD projectors, automatic projector screens, Power Point, wireless internet access, and a sound system that carries over to the patio area which is perfect for break out sessions or outdoor events. Rental of the facility also includes indoor chairs and tables, set-up and tear down and cleaning of the facility. We would be happy to arrange professional food and beverage services for you with our in-house catering. Innovative cuisine and full service catering combine to enhance your event with delicious menus and creative presentations for a minimum of 15 people.
